The new Tecno3 headquarters, designed by Level Office Landscape in collaboration with surveyor Enzo Bosini, represents a fusion of industrial engineering, design and wellbeing. The headquarters includes a 20,000-square-metre production facility and a two-storey office building conceived to balance functionality and visual identity. The entrance welcomes visitors with a circular oak and satin-steel reception desk, warm wood panelling and a winter garden that brings light and nature indoors. On the upper floor, operational and executive areas feature light-oak partitions and Planet Plus single-glass walls, “total white” workstations and minimal furnishings to ensure order, privacy and brightness. The staircase leading upstairs is marked by a site-specific artwork by Never 2501, turning a functional passage into a visual experience. At the centre of the building, a bistrot area serves as an informal space for breaks and social interaction—a deliberately neutral environment designed to host artistic interventions and personalisation.
