Travaglini
The new Travaglini headquarters in Cinisello Balsamo rises within the former Amilcare Pizzi complex, blending the company’s industrial soul with a fully custom-made project. It preserves the imposing concrete vaults of the production area, symbols of solidity and heritage, alongside a completely redesigned office building, with a renewed façade and outdoor spaces that express both technological precision and attention to people. The entrance stands out for its seven-metre-high walnut slat cladding, drawing the eye upward, and a matte-black Fenix reception desk paired with walnut furnishings. The welcome area is designed to make visitors and employees feel at ease. The offices, spread across four floors, combine open spaces and private areas with glass partitions and black profiles, minimal-structure desks and contemporary storage systems, ensuring order, brightness and flexibility. To enhance comfort and privacy, the project includes sound-absorbing dividers, phone booths for calls and focus work, and executive areas with lounge spaces and custom walnut kitchens designed for informal meetings and social interaction. Meeting rooms with Flexio movable walls allow the spaces to be reconfigured quickly, adapting to different needs, from formal board meetings to creative sessions. A bridge connects the production area to the executive zone, facilitating communication between departments, while the new façade reflects the company’s identity: contemporary, technological, yet respectful of its industrial roots.
