The story of Tecno3 begins in the early 1980s in Fiorenzuola d’Arda, in the fertile heart of the Val d’Arda. Here, the company built its expertise in the engineering and production of bespoke hydraulic cylinders and components, a specialist field where technical precision is the measure of excellence.
In 2021, the company joined the Binotto Group, a global reference in hydraulic lifting systems for tipper trucks. The acquisition marked a turning point: a need to enhance production capacity while expanding managerial and administrative facilities. Industrial growth became an opportunity for a cultural shift, one that would give new form and visibility to the brand’s identity.
The New Tecno3 Headquarters are Designed Around Identity

The new complex comprises 20,000 square metres dedicated to manufacturing, paired with a two-storey office building. It introduces a thoughtful dialogue between engineering and design, where mechanical precision coexists with spaces conceived for well-being.
To shape this project, Tecno3 relied on the expertise of Geom Enzo Bosini, architect Massimo Gianquitto and the team at Level Office Landscape. Together, they embraced a shared vision: workplace interiors that are efficient and contemporary, yet expressive, just like Tecno3’s custom-made products.
Attention to detail becomes the guiding principle throughout. A hallmark shared across the Binotto Group, here translated into spaces that represent the company’s technical character as much as its innovative spirit. The interiors are conceived to welcome staff and visitors alike, creating a sense of balance through materials, colour, and the presence of art.
Bringing beauty and creativity into an industrial context was the project’s most distinctive challenge: enriching the company’s technical nature without distorting it, expanding its visual language to speak to a broad community — employees, partners, clients — who will experience these spaces every day. Art, in this sense, becomes a collective asset.
A Design that Speaks the Company’s Language

From the entrance, the building declares its intent. A large custom-made circular reception desk in oak and satin steel greets visitors, complemented by a matching wood panelling that sets the rhythm of the interior. Opposite, a winter garden introduces a natural element — light, greenery and a soft sense of quiet.
Colour is used with precision: an anthracite grey sofa with blue cushions paired with a matching armchair on one side, and three rust-hued lounge chairs on the other. A palette that enhances the industrial elegance while adding character to the welcome area.

The staircase leading to the first floor becomes the setting for a site-specific installation: black-and-white flowing lines by artist Never 2501 turn vertical circulation into a visual experience.
Operational Spaces Shaped for Clarity and Comfort

Upstairs, operational and executive offices unfold in a refined balance of transparency and privacy. Bleached oak solid partitions alternate with black-framed single-glass walls from the Planet Plus series, ensuring light and acoustical comfort. Corner workstations in total white, paired with Cross Storage units, reflect a clean and efficient layout. Executive offices introduce Flat desks in the Cuvo finish, matched with coordinated low storage units. In the double-height meeting room, an XL02 anthracite table with aluminium legs is surrounded by bright yellow chairs, a quiet injection of energy where decisions are made.
Tecno3 Bistrot: Where Relationships Take Shape

The Tecno3 Bistrot acts as the company’s social heart. Entirely white furnishings, including kitchens and seating, create a neutral backdrop ready to host future artistic contributions. Black wooden slats define areas without interrupting the flow. The space will be completed by colorful acoustic textile artworks by Roman artist Camilla Falsini, bringing her bold graphic language to the everyday life of the workplace.
Industry, Art and People Under One Roof

In a deeply specialised industry, Tecno3 new headquarters shows that efficiency and beauty can coexist. These spaces embody a strong identity rooted in technology and research — while placing equal care on the people who contribute to the company’s evolution. It is a building that unites pragmatism and vision. A workplace where art enters the factory floor, demonstrating that innovation is not only a matter of engineering: it can also be a source of inspiration, day after day.
